Teen Advisory Group Application Form

The Library is looking for teens who like to have fun, plan programs and events and meet other teens. Orangeville Library Teen Advisory Group (TAG) is a group of teens who attend monthly meetings to provide feedback and assist with library planning. You can earn community service hours for attending and help shape your local library. 

To apply you must be: 

• between the ages of 13 and 18 
• going into grade 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12
• be able to attend one meeting a month from September to June 

As a TAG member you will: 

• attend meetings
• contribute ideas to the group
• attend teen events planned by TAG
• assist with programs or events to earn community service hours
