Archives of Ontario and the United Church of Canada Archives

You will need to visit the Archives of Ontario website or the United Church of Canada's website to find out what's available and the information required to borrow the material. Once you have the title, microfilm codes and reel numbers that you need, fill out this form to submit your request. We will contact you when your microfilm is ready to be viewed.
